Description:
- Main shell cylindrical, hemispherical steam jacket at bottom and hemispherical dome from top.
- Anchor type slow speed agitator fitted with spring loaded Teflon scrappers to scrape the heating surface.
- The slow speed stirrer is driven by electric motor and gear box.
- Water ring type vacuum pump, product discharge. Pump, 4leg support.
- Machine complete with pressure gauge, direct mixing type condenser, condenser discharge pump.
- The vacuum pan will be connected to condenser by vapor duct.
- Elect power: 2 HP for agitator, 5HP. Vacuum pump, 5 HP Condensate discharge pump, 1.5 Hp product outlet / recirculation pump.
