Description:
Function: – For heating of Pulp up to 92 Deg. C.
Construction:
- Teflon Scrapers for proper stirring and preventing product from charring.
- Steam Piping fitted with ¾” BSP valve, Pressure Safety valve, Pressure Gauge, Air Vent, Condensate outlet connection complete with Bucket type Steam trap, Bypass Valve, Y strainer. For cooling necessary interconnecting piping.
- Mechanical seal arrangement at feed end.
- Complete with VDF, Control Panel and necessary electrical fittings.
- Motor – Hindustan/equivalent Make, Gearbox: Bonfiglioli / equivalent make.
- Elec. Power: A/c drive & Control Panel.
- MOC: Contact parts SS 304 / Non-contact MS
- Capacity: 100 to 5000 Kg/ Hr.
