Description:
Construction: All internal parts and all external non-contact parts either made of or covered with M.S. Electrically heated.
DRYING CHAMBER:
- Double Wall Construction
- The Oven Will Be Insulated With 100 Mm Thick Glass Wool Insulation All Sides of The Dryer
- Design of Panels Will Be Such That Inner & Outer Wall Contact Minimum to Minimize Heat Losses through Conduction.
- Double Walled Door in Two Parts at Front Side Will Be Provided with Silicon Rubber Gasket, Heavy Duty Male-Female Type Hinges & Ball Catch Locking System.
- Side Runners Will Be Provided for Resting Trays Inside the Dryer.
- AIR RECIRCULATION. Coaxial fan driven by 0.5 HP/1440 RPM/ motor through Bearings & Belt Driven Fan 1 No for Uniform Temperature throughout the Dryer.
- HEATING: Tubular Air Heaters on Both Sides.
- Fresh Air Inlet: Fresh Air Inlet with Filter Provided at Side of The Tray Dryer.
- SAFETY: Safety Controller Will Be Provided. If In Case Main Digital Controller Fails, Safety Controller Will Control the Set Temperature.
- Heaters & Blowers Are Interlinked. Heaters Will Not Switch on Unless Motors Are In “On” Position.
- Overload Relay Provided for Motor Starter.
- MCB Provided for Mains.
- Limit Switch Will Be Provided on Front Door, When Doors Open It Will Cuts Off Supply of Motor & Heaters.
DIGITAL TIMER:
- Inbuilt Digital Timer, Range 0 To 999 Minutes with Alarm Will Be Provided with The Unit.
- Insulation Glass wool.
- M.O.C: MS Painted.
- Capacity:- Trays: – 6 nos to 192 nos.
